I am a madwoman, and I totally blame
lionhearts for it.
Jian's new body is going to have to be put on hold for another couple weeks. ^_^;;He's gonna kill me in my sleep as soon as he has arms again, I swear.
And Darryl has...um...hooves...on the way?
Oh dear.
I'm going to have to write things.Darryl has horns and hooves...maybe claws? What will Talon have....????!? And make pictures full costumes and stuff. Just because of these hooves.
But they're SO COOL. =D
I think my "doll parts" addiction is showing again. Yes? Yes.

Date: 2008-08-01 05:34 am (UTC)1) The novel (trilogy, actually, but who's counting) plot, which is already determined, slowly being written, and pretty much logical. And will most certainly be revised to even higher standards of logic once finished.
2) The doll plot, which is heavily influenced by and bounces in and out of the novel plot, and allows my dolls to interact with other people's dolls "in character" without messing with my novel plot. This is where things like the Freight & Salvage photogoodness come in, and also many of my Random!Doll!Drabble!Challenge!Writings, though some of those fall into category #3, and a very few go in category #1.
3) The "AU" plots (into which both the Roman!Crack stuff and the impending Satyr!WTF!!?Crack stuff would fall) for when I'm taken by a particularly amusing and pretty idea that has no basis in their usual realities (they generally get new names for these, and go through some personality shifts, and such). These get worked on furiously for a while, abandoned when I get bored, and picked up again later when I notice them and regain my interest.
Yes, I'm one fucked-up little plot-generating cookie.

Darryl's already pretty dangerous! Hooves? Ahh, now there's giving new meaning to the phrase, "kicks like a mule" there. If it's the SOOM legs, then he could probably use those sharp tips to rip down walls with.

Oh man, I'm excited. (And what's funny is the other night, I thought of satyr/sheepmen names for Dee and Taka, and their story has started to wriggle around in my brain too.) It's infectious!!

Date: 2008-08-01 11:38 am (UTC)And yeah, totally your fault.
Darryl will have a TAIL. A little, happy tail of some sort (maybe like a deer tail...hmmm).
And Talon will need a tail, too. OMG, what kind of tail should it be?!? A longer one?!The possibilities are whacked all out!no subject

My mind just flashed this giant warning sign. *dies.* I can't....imagine that. I can't even wrap my head around it. It just warps my mind. X_x That's somehow...wrong. *dies.*I love it.

Date: 2008-08-03 12:43 am (UTC)fricking wonderfulterrible, darling!>.> Of course I love throwing characters through wringers like that. What fun to twist them into weird scenarios. (Which reminds me of the really bad Annie-inspired Incredible Shrinking Chris sci-fi story I have on my PC somewhere...)
*Snort.* You know, you can make them look really wonderful too...
Just don't forget Mane and Tail for that unmanageable coat on the legs.
....
*Snorts again.* No hobbling devices at least.

Date: 2008-08-03 11:27 pm (UTC)Oh, don't worry - all my doll parts (except heads - they're too big, and there are too many) go in a nice clear plastic drawer labeled "PARTS," so I can easily find them later.
It also keeps the cats from chewing on them.
