Laith = SPIRIT Echium

As you guys know, I've beeng trying for ages to find a doll for my TALL Lebanese doctor character, Laith. I've mentioned on here before that the only dolls I've been able to find that would work for him (since I needed tan resin, and the Dollshe body is just too slender) were the Dollzone 70cm ones, but that I wasn't comfortable with the idea of purchasing one (since I'm still not sure how I feel about that body, either the sculpt itself or the originality issues), and so I was holding off. I was considering Chen - I really like his face - but still couldn't bring myself to get that body, so in the end I decided against him and went back to searching.

Well...I've now found The Solution.

SPIRIT doll is letting me run a limited group order for 15 tan resin dolls (because I kept asking about them, have been since July). They said that if I can find 15 - but no more than 15 - other people who want one of their boys in tan resin (and they also said that we don't all have to get the same head), they'll produce them. It's going to be an extra $50 on top of the normal $458 USD, because of the difficulty of working with darker resin colors, but that's pretty normal for tan editions (DZ charges $80 extra for their tan 70cm boys). They don't come with wigs, but they DO include a pretty damn awesome carrying bag, as well as a pair of random glass eyes.
