**chuckle** Actually, I have three totally separate plots for these guys, in all honesty.
1) The novel (trilogy, actually, but who's counting) plot, which is already determined, slowly being written, and pretty much logical. And will most certainly be revised to even higher standards of logic once finished.
2) The doll plot, which is heavily influenced by and bounces in and out of the novel plot, and allows my dolls to interact with other people's dolls "in character" without messing with my novel plot. This is where things like the Freight & Salvage photogoodness come in, and also many of my Random!Doll!Drabble!Challenge!Writings, though some of those fall into category #3, and a very few go in category #1.
3) The "AU" plots (into which both the Roman!Crack stuff and the impending Satyr!WTF!!?Crack stuff would fall) for when I'm taken by a particularly amusing and pretty idea that has no basis in their usual realities (they generally get new names for these, and go through some personality shifts, and such). These get worked on furiously for a while, abandoned when I get bored, and picked up again later when I notice them and regain my interest.
Yes, I'm one fucked-up little plot-generating cookie.
