Insomnia

I'm a fucking insomniac, that's what I am. =_= I have to WORK in the morning, so WHY CAN'T I SLEEP?!?!

....and there's a kitten outside, in the rain and wind and cold, but I can't find it because it ran away from the sliding glass patio door when it saw that I'd noticed it, and now I can't feel my fingers because it's COLD OUT.

Try clearig your mind while lying down in bed. If that doesn't work, try it again with soft relaxing music on. I sometimes have trouble getting to sleep and this really helps!

I, too, was stupidly awake at a stupid hour, probably due to drinking Thai iced tea at 6 PM. It's such a simple rule--no caffeinated bevvies after 1 PM...but I never obey...
