Trust me, it won't work. I meditate, and even that won't put me to sleep. And music...ye gads, no. I end up singing, humming, or wiggling along with it in bed.

Thanks for the advice, though.

And in all honesty, it's not insomnia - I'm perfectly capable of sleeping for 8-14 hours straight. I'm just not good at sleeping at night.
