Luke Alan originally wanted tan skin, but he was willing to settle for normal skin because he loved the Ren head, and it wasn't available in tan.

....Should I....sell Luke's current body/head, and get him a tan one instead?

He's seen the pictures on AR's site....it's too late...he's already begging... gah.
