I haven't tried Double Gloucester, but if I see it I will try it, in case it is just the chives throwing me off. The other day I tried something with lemon in it and didn't care for it at all. Maybe it is that I like my cheese with stuff, but not with stuff in it?
I'm not really a blue fan. I don't know if I've tried Stilton specifically, but I have tried others and they just don't do it for me. Though, there is a blue by Rouge Creamery that isn't too bad with fruit.
