._.
Bit of a scare at work last night. I was outside the stand, fixing up the chairs and such, and a van pulled up. It had five drunk guys in it, all about 2-3 years older than me, and they started trying to get me to get into the van. Then, when I politely refused, two got out of the van and walked towards me...
^___^;; I...ummmm...
Well. I believe strongly in self defense.
They left. Swearing.
In retrospect, I should've called the cops after, so they got picked up...
Off to Goodwill today, to pick up Halloween costume pieces. ^__^

Hope the Halloween costume shopping goes well. It will be my first Halloween ever not dressing up :( Whaaa! I hope you have fun! Are you going to a party?

Did you have to lay the smack down? Or just talk to them? Drunk dudes...vans...that's no good.
:/
What other kind of staff is there at night? Not everyone will know what to do with a van full of drunk phuks. Could be very scary for untrained (and surely not pleasant for you regardless of training). Even if boss useless best for the rest of staff to be awake to the potential danger. Any kind of night shift policy in place for this kind of thing?
I can't say I like the sound of this, and not because I think you can't handle it. Just sounds...dodgy.
